Set for sake

Those who are familiar with the national traditions of the Land of the Rising Sun know well that any dish here is served in a special way, and each meal is an exquisite ceremony, similar to a sacred action. Sake is also not an exception, so use it, adhering to a certain ritual. It implies a slow drink from tiny cups ("edema", "guinomi") for quite a long time. Tiny tableware can be made of different of materials: clay, wood or glass. Drink sake in small sips, for a leisurely conversation, stretching the pleasure of both drink and talk. Sometimes this process can be stretched for several hours.
